Your data. On the free plan your workout log is stored on your iPhone and works offline. Pro also keeps it on our server so it follows you to a new phone.
What sets it apart
- 51Lifts with a percentile, not just the big four
- The squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press are ranked directly. 47 variations are ranked through a measured ratio to their parent lift: 21 bench press, 15 squat, 6 deadlift and 5 overhead press variations.
- 13Kinds of exercise detail
- Grip width, attachment, stance, bench angle, pulley ratio and more, mapped across 241 exercises. The plate calculator handles 1:1, 2:1, 1:2 and 4:1 cable pulleys as well as barbells.
- 186.7lb typed is 186.7 lb stored
- Weights are stored exactly as you type them, in the unit you typed. Nothing is rounded to the nearest plate or changed by converting between kilos and pounds.
- £0For the whole log
- No caps on logging, routines or history on the free plan, and the log is stored on your iPhone. Importing from Strong or Hevy is free too.
- 2–12People in a group
- Set a weekly goal of 1, 2 or 3+ workouts and keep a streak together. Choose Private, Standard or Transparent for how much members see. You can be in up to 3 groups.
- 1Session a week keeps a streak
- Streaks count weeks, Monday to Sunday. A rest day or imported cardio also counts, and a streak only ends after a whole week with nothing logged.
- +15 sFrom the Lock Screen
- A Live Activity rest timer with +15 s and Skip, Today, Week, Streak and Custom widgets, and Siri shortcuts to log a set, start a workout or start a rest.
How the ranking works
Every working set gives an estimated one-rep max. Your best on each lift is compared with published strength standards, adjusted for your sex, bodyweight, age and years trained.
The model runs on your phone, so a new best is ranked the moment you log it. If you would rather not give your sex, a blended scale is used. Percentiles stop at the 99th, and a set that looks like a typo is checked before it can move your rank.
- Push press of overhead press1.30×
- Trap bar deadlift of deadlift1.05×
- Paused squat of squat0.92×
- Close-grip bench of bench press0.90×
- Front squat of squat0.85×
- Romanian deadlift of deadlift0.82×
- Incline bench of bench press0.78×
So a 100 kg front squat is ranked like a 117.6 kg back squat (100 ÷ 0.85).
| Tier | From percentile |
|---|---|
| Iron | start |
| Stone | 30 |
| Bronze | 50 |
| Silver | 70 |
| Gold | 85 |
| Platinum | 93 |
| Diamond | 97 |
| Elite | 99.3 |
| World Class | 99.9 |
