LifeOS

In App Review

LifeOS puts the apps that eat your time on a schedule, builds habits that survive a missed day, and keeps your goals in view. It uses the same account and the same Pro as Peak Fettle.

Focus rules
Group apps and websites, then block them on a schedule, cap them with a daily or weekly budget, or set Downtime.
Rule strength
Choose Gentle, Firm or Locked. Breaks start with a short pause, and a weekly Lifeline covers real emergencies.
Focus sessions
Start a 25, 50 or 90 minute session with one tap.
Screen time reports
Screen time, pickups, busiest hours and minutes reclaimed. iOS works it out on your iPhone.
Habits and routines
Single habits or morning and evening stacks with a Lock Screen timer. Rest days and skips do not wipe the streak.
Goals
Health, work, learning, people, money and mind, with milestones, linked habits and a weekly review.
A starting plan
A short survey suggests where to start, and every suggestion says why.
Shared streak with Peak Fettle
Training days and habit days count towards one shared streak.

Your data. Your habits, goals and notes stay on your iPhone. The apps you pick reach LifeOS as tokens, and Screen Time data never leaves the phone. Backups are optional and end-to-end encrypted.

Pricing

LifeOS is included with Peak Fettle Pro, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store. One subscription, bought in either app, unlocks Pro in both. Prices for your region are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Read exactly what does and doesn’t reach our servers in the LifeOS privacy policy.

Support

Email admin@peakfettle.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened, and we’ll take it from there.

Privacy Policy
Terms of Use (Apple Standard EULA)

Why does LifeOS ask for Screen Time access?

iOS only lets an app block or limit other apps after you approve Screen Time access for it. LifeOS asks for access to your own iPhone only; it is not a parental-control app. You can turn it off any time in Settings › Screen Time.

Can LifeOS see which apps I use?

No. The apps you pick reach LifeOS as opaque tokens, and your usage charts are drawn by iOS in a sandboxed extension. That data never leaves your iPhone and never reaches us. See the privacy policy.

My Focus rules aren’t blocking anything.

Focus rules need iOS 18 or later. Check that Screen Time access is still on (Settings › Screen Time) and that the rule is enabled for today. If an app still shows a shield just after a rule ends, give it a few seconds to catch up.

I already have Peak Fettle Pro. Do I pay again?

No. One Pro subscription unlocks both apps. Sign in to LifeOS with the same account, then tap “Already subscribed in Peak Fettle? Refresh” on the subscription screen.

How do I restore a purchase or cancel?

To restore, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I’m switching iPhones. What happens to my data?

Your LifeOS data lives on your iPhone. If you turned on backup, restore it on the new phone with your recovery code. Screen Time app choices are tied to the device by iOS, so you’ll pick those apps again once.

How do I delete my account?

In LifeOS, go to You › Privacy & data › Delete account. Your account is shared with Peak Fettle, so this deletes both.
