Limber
In development
Limber talks you through short sessions for lifting, for undoing the desk, for balance and for general flexibility. Every cue is spoken and captioned, and it works offline without an account.
- Four goals
- Move better for lifting, undo the desk, balance and steadiness, or general flexibility.
- Spoken sessions
- Every cue is spoken on your phone and shown as a caption, with left and right switching and timers. Pause, skip or go back; it picks up after a call.
- Swap any move
- Make a move easier or harder mid-session. Every standing balance move has a seated version.
- Accessibility
- Works at the largest text sizes, with large controls, full VoiceOver, and still images when Reduce Motion is on.
- Starting questions
- A few questions before you start set gentler defaults and filter out moves that do not suit you.
- Weekly plans
- A weekly list of sessions with no daily streak. You decide when to move on to less support.
- Move library
- Filter by body area, goal, time, equipment and position.
Planned, not built yet
- A cool-down built from the muscles you trained in Peak Fettle
Your data. No account needed. Your answers stay on your phone and are never synced, and free use makes no personal network calls.
Where it stands
Limber is being built and tested now, and its library of moves is still being written and checked. There is no release date or price yet, and the name may still change. Leave your email above and we’ll write once, when it’s on the App Store.
Limber is a guide to movement, not treatment or medical advice. If you have an injury, a joint replacement or a condition that affects your balance, check with a professional first.
